Director of Safety

Oversee DOT and safety compliance across all plant locations, including maintenance shops, terminals, and facilities. Conduct audits to identify hazards, evaluate adherence to FMCSA and OSHA regulations, and ensure corrective actions are taken on inspection findings. Lead the development and management of the Company's Trucking Compliance Programs, including CMV files, drug/alcohol protocols, and electronic logging device oversight. Establish a safety culture through regular meetings, presentations, and training initiatives. Maintain necessary documentation for regulatory compliance and report findings to management.
