Job Summary
Lead the hotel's safety and security operations, ensuring the protection of guests, staff, visitors, and hotel assets. Develop and implement security, emergency response, and crisis management procedures while ensuring compliance with health, safety, fire, and security regulations. Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and business continuity planning, and collaborate with hotel departments and local authorities to maintain a secure operating environment. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Safety & Security team. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Security Management or Hospitality Management, minimum 8 years of progressive experience including 3 years in a luxury hotel leadership role, and strong knowledge of security operations and risk management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in safety and security, including 3 years in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of security operations, fire life safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
