Job Summary
Directs the Rooms Division (Front Office and Housekeeping) to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience aligned to a luxury brand positioning. Drives Rooms Division performance across occupancy, ADR and upselling, and leads the hotel’s rebrand with new brand standards and service culture. Inspires and develops high-performing teams, oversees end-to-end guest journeys including VIP management and service recovery, and manages outsourced housekeeping to meet service standards and financial targets. Partners with Revenue, Sales and other departments to optimize commercial outcomes; maintains strong stakeholder relationships with ownership, corporate teams, vendors and partners; ensures safety, security and regulatory compliance with robust controls; represents the hotel in brand positioning and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration
- Four years of guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity
- Must speak local language(s)
