Job Summary
Oversee all quality improvement activity, coordinate patient safety data reporting and analysis, and manage the accreditation and regulatory compliance program. Lead performance improvement initiatives, core measures, and occurrence reporting while initiating liability investigations and pre-litigation file management. Serve as the facility's internal expert on clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory matters, providing risk assessments and provider consultation. Requires BSN with 10+ years of RN clinical experience and 2–5 years in quality or risk management. Full-time role with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- BSN
- Active RN licensure in Texas, Compact eligible, or by endorsement
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality or Risk Management
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Additional languages
