Job Summary
Lead placement, structure, and ongoing management of complex property & casualty insurance programs, including D&O, Cyber, EPL, and Workers' Compensation. Oversee claims management, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies while managing a single-parent captive insurance program. Support Enterprise Risk Management and ESG initiatives, perform risk-related financial forecasting, and analyze trends for group P&L reviews. Serve as a key advisor to leadership on coverage optimization and cost containment, develop risk policies, and act as a member of the Cyber Security Incident Response Team. Lead and mentor two team members, including hiring, performance management, and coaching. Maintain highest standards of compliance with all laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Risk Management, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Claims, Loss Control, Insurance, and Financial Management
- Demonstrated experience with captive insurance administration
- Property & Casualty License
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with RMIS and TPA systems
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence across diverse business groups
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 1 year
