Director of Risk Management/Compliance

Develop and maintain HealthPoint's risk management plan, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risks. Conduct quarterly clinic roundings, perform regular audits, and lead incident reporting investigations including root cause analysis. Manage service recovery calls, resolve patient complaints, and implement privacy policies with quarterly HIPAA reminders. Oversee the Risk Management Program budget, delegate duties, conduct performance appraisals, and handle hiring and disciplinary procedures. Represent the department at senior management meetings and collaborate with quality improvement and legal teams to ensure compliance with federal regulations and accreditation standards.
