Job Summary
Partner with the CHRO and business leaders to design, deliver, and continuously improve total rewards and HR operations for a global workforce. Own strategy for benefits, recognition, and payroll, ensuring alignment with business priorities and talent goals while driving a high-quality employee experience. Lead continuous improvement across HR systems, workflows, and service delivery by leveraging technology, automation, and AI to reduce friction and scale efficiency. Establish people analytics, reporting rhythms, and dashboards to provide reliable insights into workforce trends and program effectiveness. Ensure strong governance, controls, and compliance with global, federal, state, and local employment, benefits, and data privacy requirements. Lead, coach, and develop the Rewards & Operations team to foster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, global benefits administration, payroll operations, HR operations, or shared services
- Strong business and strategic acumen
- Experience leading global or distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft products
- Experience in high-growth, technology, consulting/advisory, or professional services environments
- Strong understanding of HR practices, benefits, payroll, leave of absence regulations, data privacy expectations, and local labor and employment requirements
- Strong proficiency with HR systems such as UKG
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree, MBA, or relevant certification
- Compensation experience
- Experience in high-growth, technology, consulting/advisory, or professional services environments (larger corporate operating models)
