Job Summary
Define and execute the Revenue Strategy roadmap to maximize revenue collection and drive operational efficiency. Build analytical models to guide prioritization across cross-functional teams and establish KPIs to inform executive decision-making. Act as the quarterback for Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product to deliver on strategic initiatives while designing the operating model for new products and partnerships. Manage a high-performing team of 10+ internal and 30+ external members, standing up 0→1 infrastructure as the company expands into new care models. Report to the Head of Revenue and Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and VP of Operations to ensure leadership alignment. This full-time, NYC-based role (3-4 days in-person) is ideal for a GM-style operator with 6–10+ years of experience blending strategy work with hands-on startup execution at a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare company.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years blending strategy work (consulting, finance) with hands-on startup execution
