Job Summary
Forecast revenue and bookings, manage sales resource allocation, and design incentive structures to drive sustainable growth. Develop integrated financial plans from contract value through cash flow, translating operational performance into clear insights for senior leadership. Lead a diverse team of Revenue Operations and FP&A professionals while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve processes and commercial performance. Set your own agenda to identify opportunities and implement best practices that fit CoachHub's scaling needs. This hands-on role requires flying high with strategic decisions and diving deep into details to support global enterprises unlocking their potential through CoachHub's AI coaching platform.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to independently build, improve or reshape processes, teams or ways of working
- Exceptional communication and storytelling

- Fluent English
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in modern FP&A/planning platforms
- Experience with BI and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Looker)
- SQL knowledge
- A professional finance qualification (CIMA, CFA)
