Job Summary
Director of Revenue Management responsible for the development and daily maintenance of optimal pricing and channel-distribution strategy to meet or exceed financial goals. Leads a team to implement a proactive revenue-management program, analyzes weekly/monthly reports, reviews group opportunities and displacement analysis, manages rate and inventory for wholesale, collaborates with marketing on promotions, and trains staff in revenue-management skills while ensuring brand RM standards are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of revenue management experience in a hotel required
- Prior Marriott and Hawaii market experience required
- College graduate or equivalent hospitality experience
- English speaking or bilingual
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Ability to travel as required for meetings, trainings & conferences
