Job Summary
Lead the revenue strategy for The Alexander, driving market share, RevPAR, and overall profitability through dynamic pricing, inventory management, and accurate forecasting. Develop and execute strategies based on demand, market conditions, and competitive analysis while partnering with hotel leadership, sales, and marketing teams to align initiatives with business goals. Produce actionable performance insights in regular strategy meetings and champion continuous improvement across all distribution channels. Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. This remote Director of Revenue Management role requires a data-driven leader with 3+ years of hospitality experience to maximize revenue while collaborating effectively with on-site teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of progressive Revenue Management experience within the hospitality industry
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, distribution channels, and pricing strategies
- Experience with hospitality revenue management systems and hotel sales CRM platforms
- Excellent analytical, forecasting, and statistical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and on-property teams
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Must be able to work remotely
