Job Summary
Director of Revenue at Kempinski responsible for maximizing hotel revenue, profit and market share through development and implementation of inventory and pricing strategies based on evaluation of current and anticipated market conditions; lead annual budgeting and forecasting, manage price structure and distribution channels (PMS, RMS, CRS, 3rd party sites, GDS), ensure rate integrity across channels, oversee block pickups and overbooking, perform account evaluations (Corporate/Wholesale), provide Regular Revenue Management updates to Executive Committee, lead weekly Revenue Meetings, and drive data-driven strategies with a focus on market insights, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration; requires leadership and advanced knowledge of hotel RM concepts, systems (Opera PMS, SynXis, channel management, Excel), and multilingual communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Revenue Management, including electronic distribution
- Must be in possession of / be eligible for a working permit in the region of hire.
