Job Summary
As the Director of Revenue Cycle, you will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle including billing, coding, and credentialing. You will develop, generate, and analyze performance data, and contribute as a member of the strategic leadership team. Essential skills include leadership, time management, and strong communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in finance or healthcare management is required, along with extensive experience in healthcare revenue management and in a leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare management or related field
- 7-10 years experience in healthcare revenue management
- 5 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to treat each person with respect and compassion
Desired Qualifications
- FQHC or similar finance and revenue cycle experience
- Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) or similar certifications
- Bilingual Spanish speaker
