Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations across multiple health facilities, driving reimbursement performance, denial resolution, and collections while leading both onshore and offshore teams. Manage AR, implement SOPs and workflows, and track KPIs to improve efficiency and cash flow within a Medicaid-heavy environment. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and executive leadership to support system enhancements and operational scalability. This hands-on leadership role supports a growing behavioral health organization focused on crisis care and stabilization services.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading healthcare revenue cycle operations in a manager or director-level capacity
- Strong end-to-end RCM knowledge including front-end, billing, denials, AR, reimbursement, and collections
- Experience operating in Medicaid-heavy environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience utilizing KPIs, reporting, and trend analysis to drive operational improvements
- Experience managing teams and holding both internal and offshore resources accountable
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive accountability
