Job Summary
Director of Revenue Cycle Management (Remote) leads the full revenue cycle from intake to reporting, overseeing eligibility, authorizations, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, AR, denials and appeals; directs payer contracting and rate negotiations; credentials and recredentialing with commercial payers and Medicaid MCOs; builds and mentors the RCM team; defines KPIs such as collections, days in AR, denial rates, and net collection; forecasts cash flow and collaborates with executive leadership on strategic growth; ensures alignment with intake and clinical leadership; adapts workflows to payer policy changes; experience in ABA or behavioral health and NJ payers is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of revenue cycle management experience
- at least 3 years leading an RCM, billing, or healthcare finance function
- Hands-on experience with payer contracting, reimbursement negotiations, credentialing, and CAQH management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to own financial outcomes
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically within a fast-paced, growing organization
- Knowledge of ABA CPT codes, including 97151, 97155, and 97156, and related authorization workflows
