Job Summary
Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Finni Health leading optimization of revenue cycle operations. Responsible for A/R management, denials root-cause analysis, aging and held-claims resolution, claims processing and scrub logic, vendor oversight, and team management to improve net collections, reduce Days in A/R, and minimize write-offs. Drives strategic design of SOPs across billing, coding, authorization, and cash posting workflows; ensures HIPAA compliance, audit readiness, and payer regulatory adherence. Partners with Clinical Operations, Tech/Product, Compliance, and Finance to ensure clean data flow from client intake to reimbursement. Requires 7+ years of RCM experience in healthcare, startup experience preferred, with strong analytical, process-optimization, and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management or related roles
- strong understanding of RCM processes including billing, claims processing, collections, denial appeals, and accounts receivable management
- experience in startup environments or healthcare tech is a plus
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to collaborate across internal teams and with external stakeholders
