Job Summary
The Director of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for overseeing revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing policies that enhance financial performance and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include facilitating a collaborative team environment, managing billing and collections processes, spearheading contract negotiations, and contributing to strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management.
Required Qualifications
- A Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting
- At least Five years’ experience working in areas of Healthcare revenue cycle management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Training/meeting facilitation skills essential
- Solid relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
- Excellent coordination skills, including multitasking and setting priorities on work assignments
- High degree of independence, flexibility, initiative and commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Medical Billing Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of Third-Party clinical billing, contractual and compliance regulations
- Understanding of Advanced Medical Home Care Management requirements and functions
- Advanced knowledge of NC Medicaid managed care reform and regulations
