Job Summary
Define and lead Hasbro's global Retail Media vision, strategy, and operating model across Amazon, Walmart Connect, Roundel, and emerging networks. Establish long-term priorities aligned with Toys & Games growth objectives and ensure investments drive revenue, market share, and customer acquisition. Build and scale the Retail Media Center of Excellence by developing governance structures, playbooks, and training resources to standardize planning, measurement, and optimization. Partner with Consumer Sales, eCommerce, and Finance to align media strategies with retailer growth plans and product launches. Lead technology strategy for platforms like Amazon Marketing Cloud and AMC, while managing agency partners and driving organizational learning across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Retail Media, Commerce Media, Performance Marketing, or related digital media disciplines
- 5+ years of people leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, and broader Retail Media ecosystems
- Proven experience leading large-scale media investments tied directly to commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of measurement, attribution, audience strategy, and media effectiveness
- Experience developing operating models, governance frameworks, or organizational capabilities
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
- Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA
- In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA
