Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in premium retail outlets and/or cafes
- Experience managing, coaching, motivating, and strengthening Managers, Leads, and Associates as retail operators and business owners
- Knowledge of basic accounting and can work seamlessly with the finance team to create revenue forecasts and labor plans that adjust to the seasonal nature of our business
- Proficiency in Excel
