Job Summary
Lead Retail Banking data analysis and reporting initiatives for retail, consumer lending, and small business lending. Manage the Retail Support and Customer Support departments, collaborate with Facilities on branch refreshes, develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, analyze market trends, ensure accuracy of data and timely management reporting, support budgeting and pricing decisions, participate in the Pricing Committee, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions across retail banking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years analytical and/or report writing experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a management role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to analyze and evaluate large amounts of data and information
