Job Summary
Lead and oversee restorative services, wellness programming, and fitness initiatives across the continuum of care. Develop, implement, and evaluate restorative, fitness, and wellness programs designed to meet the needs and abilities of residents. Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes. Provide education, coaching, and support related to wellness, restorative care, and healthy aging practices. Supervise and support wellness and lifestyle staff, ensuring quality programming and regulatory compliance. Monitor participation, outcomes, quality indicators, and department performance to drive continuous improvement. Assist with department budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning initiatives. Maintain a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment that promotes resident independence and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required
- Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience required
