Director of Restoration Emergency Services

Lead the Emergency Services Department for a restoration organization, overseeing Mitigation (water, fire, smoke), Mold remediation, Biohazard cleanup, and Contents restoration. Deploy with the team during catastrophe events, manage commercial restoration projects with safety-first, precision, and profitability, recruit and develop staff, build scalable systems, and drive department growth, revenue, margins, collections, and customer experience. Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and commercial clients; contribute on the Leadership Team to shape strategy and operational excellence; represent the company at industry and community events and pursue opportunities for growth.
