Director of Restaurants

Job Summary
Directs and supervises all restaurant operations including Restaurants/Bars and Room Service; leads the food and beverage/culinary management team to execute operations, improve guest and staff satisfaction, and maximize financial performance. Responsible for budgeting and cost control, staffing, training, service standards, menu item knowledge, sanitation and food safety, guest relations, and ensuring compliance with policies. Develops and motivates the team to achieve goals, coaches subordinates, and acts as a role model for exceptional customer service and leadership in a high-volume hospitality environment. This role requires strong business acumen, P&L management, strategic planning, and the ability to oversee day-to-day operations as a department head.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
