Lead and inspire residential teams to deliver exceptional care while ensuring compliance with OPWDD regulations and maintaining a therapeutic, person-centered environment. Promote professional development and training for staff, collaborate across departments to improve operations, and provide flexible support including participation in on-call responsibilities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven leadership experience in residential services for individuals with I/DD
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and OPWDD regulations
