Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Residential Services division, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and state/federal laws. Supervise staff, develop operational systems, and analyze performance metrics to drive program growth and cost-effective service delivery. Conduct site visits, coordinate audits, and maintain accurate records while fostering an inclusive work environment through regular training. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve concerns and align division goals with strategic priorities. Participate in review meetings, manage facility vehicles, and uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive individual and organizational information. Occasional evening or weekend work and periodic on-call rotation required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, Business Administration)
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a program management setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of best practices in program development, evaluation, and quality assurance
- Ability to stand, move, and be physically active for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift 30–50 pounds
- Ability to participate in and support activities occurring in a variety of environments (indoor, outdoor, community settings)
- Combination of office, community, and event-based environments across multiple counties in Missouri
- Occasional evening or weekend work required
- Periodic on call rotation required
- Periodically subject to criminal background checks, drug and/or alcohol screenings, and motor vehicle records checks
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in working with diverse populations; experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Experience in working with nonprofits, public relations, state entities, and accrediting agencies including Joint Commission, CARF, DHSS, and DMH is preferred
