Job Summary
The Director of Residential Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence for Wildwood’s residential programs, overseeing over 200 individuals across supervised and supportive settings. Responsible for program leadership, regulatory compliance with OPWDD, staff development, quality assurance, fiscal oversight, and crisis management, collaborating with clinical teams, families, and external providers to ensure person-centered care consistent with Life Plans and high standards of care across all residential sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field (sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology)
- 5 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD) within a residential setting
- 5-7 years of supervisory/management experience
- Word processing, Excel, Email, Database and Report generation
- SCIP certification or ability to get and maintain within first 90-days of employment
- First Aid & CPR
