Director of Residential Life

Lead, supervise, and support residential staff, including houseparents and residential support staff, while providing pastoral care and spiritual encouragement. Ensure consistent implementation of trauma-informed practices and support staff in managing youth needs, household dynamics, and placement stability. Coordinate staffing coverage, participate in on-call support, and assist with direct care needs when necessary. Identify staff development needs and coordinate training opportunities to strengthen program quality. Collaborate with program leaders to maintain licensing compliance, accreditation standards, and organizational excellence. Participate in leadership, quality improvement, and case management meetings. Model Christian faith and support the ministry's mission through prayer, staff engagement, and spiritual leadership. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience working in residential care settings, lived experience as a full time direct care staff, and residential care leadership experience. Reports to Vice President of Programs.
