Director Of Resident Services

Lead resident support services, care coordination, and programs promoting the well-being of older adults within the 2Life Communities community. Conduct initial and annual resident assessments evaluating social, psychological, cognitive, and physical needs, then supervise the development and implementation of individualized service plans. Provide supportive counseling to residents and families while coordinating care with outside providers, agencies, and medical facilities. Manage a small caseload, prepare and monitor the yearly resident services budget, and collaborate with Fund Development to write grants. Develop and lead behavioral health and fitness initiatives, arrange staff training, and utilize Salesforce reports to monitor activity. Direct supervisory responsibilities for all Resident Service staff, including social work interns, while participating in community committees and advocating for affordable housing.
