Job Summary
Oversee resident and guest experience by greeting residents personally, triaging calls, and managing move-in/move-out transitions while maintaining lobby cleanliness and property inspections. Craft and execute resident programming, activate amenity spaces, and coordinate with service providers to deliver exclusive community offerings. Manage the resident journey through the Sentral App, create mood boards for activations, and monitor departmental financials and variance reports. Train staff on hospitality standards, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, and resolve resident disturbances or complaints per lease agreements. Build company image by networking with local influencers and attending industry events to cultivate relationships with influential companies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in hotel events, onsite restaurant, banquet and/or catering department, high traffic bar/restaurant, members club establishment background, guest and/or customer service experience/front office
- Hospitality experience required
- Management/employee development experience
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong knowledge of operations with budget formulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with a creative problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to make decisions and initiate action within established guidelines
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Ability to follow directions to safely utilize all equipment
- Ability to handle situations with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
- Comfortable working under pressure, handling stressful situations, and acting decisively
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Candidate must be able to stand behind a desk for the majority of a 9-hour shift
- Candidate must be able to move body in repetitive motions for extended periods of time
- Candidate must be able to work in a space that includes indoor and outdoor spaces, with and without covering
- Candidate must be able to move throughout the property as needed
- Candidate must be able to transport boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Candidate must be able to communicate with other persons in the building
- Candidate must be able to observe details in surrounding areas and on screens
- Candidate must be able to perform the following activities with or without reasonable accommodation to be successful in the role
