Director of Resident Care

Oversee the daily operations and development of the Resident Care department, including resident health assessments and coordination with third-party providers. Monitor staff supervision, medication administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure timely completion of documentation, service plans, and assessments while maintaining organized medication storage and responding promptly to emergency calls. Schedule monthly staffing calendars to meet resident needs within budgetary constraints. Participate in community meetings, complete required reports, and attend staff training as mandated.
