Job Summary
Design and implement programs, standards, service culture, and operational frameworks for the residences and membership community. Partner with ownership, resort leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to create a differentiated experience that supports long-term growth and community engagement. Lead the development and execution of a world-class homeowner and member experience strategy from the ground up, fostering strong relationships across all stakeholders. This newly created leadership role requires building processes and teams while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the unique character of Homestead Midway Utah.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private clubs, resort residential communities, branded residences, or membership organizations
- Proven success launching new operations, properties, clubs, or guest/member experience programs
- Strong project management, operational, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, teams, and service standards from the ground up
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a highly visible, hands-on interim leadership role
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
