Job Summary
Directs and supervises the rehabilitation department in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing patient scheduling, staff orientation/training/evaluation, and ensuring documentation, billing, and timely MDS reporting. Partners with administration to meet resident needs, maintain high standards of care, and promote quality services while fostering an inclusive, innovative team culture. Requires an unencumbered Ohio license, at least 1 year of management experience in Skilled Nursing, and strong knowledge of state and federal guidelines; offers a robust bonus plan and comprehensive time off benefits.
