Director of Rehabilitation Services (PT, OT, or SLP)

Directs three rehab departments (physical, occupational, and speech therapy) to ensure the highest quality rehab services in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Liaisons with patients, families, and support departments to plan for patient needs; oversees payer reimbursement knowledge, labor management, and supply budgets; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Essential functions include recruiting, hiring, supervising rehab staff, overseeing care provided by therapy students, developing and maintaining rehab programs, managing department budget, and ensuring excellent customer service. Requires independent decision-making, adherence to policies, and strong interdisciplinary teamwork. Must maintain an active license in the applicable therapy field, CPR certification, and English proficiency; Equal Opportunity Employer.
