Job Summary
Director of Rehab for Kendal at Lexington: lead the facility's rehab department within a continuing care retirement community, coordinating with Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality resident care. Address geriatric rehabilitation across neurological, cardiopulmonary, cognitive, and musculoskeletal needs, supervise interdisciplinary teams, uphold documentation standards, and support ongoing professional development. Requires PTA or COTA with a Bachelor of Science in PT/OT/SLP (or higher) and an active state license; two years of clinical experience and management experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree PTA or COTA or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology (or higher) from an accredited program; Masters of Speech-Language Pathology acceptable
- Active state license; certification/licensure as required by state and national boards
