Director of Rehabilitation – PT, OT, SLP - Roseville

Develop and maintain systems for interdisciplinary care, ensuring compliance with facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory documentation guidelines. Manage the rehabilitation department's financial performance by achieving revenue goals, developing annual budgets, and optimizing staff utilization while overseeing Medicare review and denial management processes. Lead key operations including census development, marketing efforts, and staff professional development through performance reviews, orientation schedules, and continuing education. Maintain positive relationships with hospital therapists, physicians, managed care providers, and the Administrator to facilitate client expectations and program fulfillment. Ensure safety compliance by identifying hazards, maintaining equipment, and enforcing universal precautions for all therapy staff.
