Job Summary
Schedule daily treatment for PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, and SLPs while monitoring productivity and repeating evaluations to measure progress against professional guidelines. Meet with family members to ensure all parties understand the program and resident progress. Maintain and update professional skills by keeping current with literature and attending regular seminars. The role requires a licensed graduate of a PT, OT, or SLP program with sufficient hearing ability to evaluate residents and strong verbal/writing communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a PT, OT or SLP program
- Licensed in the state to practice
- Hearing ability sufficient to evaluate residents
- Skill communicating verbally and in writing with residents and family members so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made
