Director of Rehabilitation

Direct day-to-day rehab department operations, including leading therapy staff scheduling, productivity, and compliance. Monitor resident outcomes and quality measures while partnering with nursing and facility leadership. Maintain regulatory and documentation standards across the skilled nursing facility. Requires an active PT, OT, PTA, or COTA license and prior SNF experience. This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$115,000/year, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, and CEU reimbursement.
