Job Summary
Schedule daily treatment for PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, and SLPs while monitoring productivity and repeating evaluations to measure progress per professional guidelines. Meet with family members to ensure all parties understand the program and resident progress. Maintain and update professional skills by keeping current with literature and attending seminars regularly. Possess hearing ability sufficient to evaluate residents and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a PT, OT or SLP program
- Licensed in the state to practice
- Hearing ability sufficient to evaluate residents
- Skill communicating verbally and in writing with residents and family members so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made
