Job Summary
Lead the rehabilitation program across the facility or designated locations, manage staffing and patient care to meet clinical and operational needs, provide direct patient care in your licensed discipline (PT/OT/SLP), ensure Medicare/Medicaid and reimbursement compliance, monitor documentation standards, oversee productivity and budgeting, participate in hiring and staff development, review departmental billing for accuracy, maintain rehab space and equipment, and drive operational and revenue success through strategic planning; new grads with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
