Job Summary
Lead inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs by overseeing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, rehab aides, and DME services. Ensure high-quality patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development across the facility. Maintain a full-time, direct hire position with a Monday through Friday day shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- active Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or SLP License
- at least 5 years of therapy/rehabilitation experience
