Job Summary
Direct and lead the rehabilitation program across facility locations, manage staffing and patient care, deliver direct patient care in your licensed discipline (PT, OT, or SLP), ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and other reimbursement regulations, supervise therapy staff and participate in hiring/training, oversee billing data accuracy, maintain rehab space and equipment, and drive operational and financial performance through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills required; new grads with leadership potential encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist (required).
- Leadership experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (preferred).
