Job Summary
Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and financial performance within a skilled nursing facility. Ensure staffing coverage, supervise team performance, and oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes. Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development while participating in facility meetings for UR, QA, Rehab, and Falls. Manage departmental resources and reporting to maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence. This Director of Rehab role is ideal for a licensed PT, PTA, COTA, OTR, or SLP with prior rehab or therapy management experience. Concept Rehab empowers therapists with tools to improve outcomes and strengthen care delivery.
