Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department while leading a multidisciplinary therapy team. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and therapy service delivery to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Monitor department productivity, clinical quality, and documentation compliance through collaboration with nursing, physicians, and facility leadership. Mentor therapists and foster a positive, team-oriented culture to drive strong clinical outcomes and operational success. This established program offers leadership in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland COTA or PTA license

- Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
