Job Summary
Director of Rehabilitation leading the rehab program and team within a long-term care/rehabilitation setting. Responsible for staffing coordination, direct patient care in a licensed discipline (PT/OT/SLP), compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and reimbursement guidelines, supervision of therapy staff, productivity and performance improvements, documentation, billing reconciliation, and collaboration with marketing and facility leadership to drive operational success. New grads with leadership potential encouraged to apply; requires licensed professional in PT, OT, or SLP and prior leadership in a rehab/long-term care environment. Location: Denton, TX (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist (required)
