Job Summary
Lead the therapy team by coordinating and integrating care while serving as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff. Support the Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, and Operations Team to ensure the efficient operation of the facility rehab department. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and engage in ongoing professional development. Requires an Associate (PTA or COTA) license, two years of clinical experience preferred, and management experience in the skilled setting. Located in Medina, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an Associate (PTA or COTA)
- Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Two years clinical experience preferred, with experience in geriatric care
- Management experience in the skilled setting, preferred
- Comprehensive leadership skills and ability to supervise
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Competence in maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities
