Job Summary
Director of Rehabilitation leading therapy services across a network of facilities; conducts evaluations, screens, and treatments, develops treatment plans, leads interdisciplinary teams, mentors staff, ensures accurate documentation and billing, and collaborates with rehab leadership on clinical programming and ADR/denied therapy claims. Requires active state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA), strong communication and leadership skills, and experience in post-acute/long-term care rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a state licensed clinician (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) from an Accredited Program.
