Job Summary
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary rehab team (PT, OT, SLP) to deliver exceptional patient care. Develop and implement strategic plans for rehab program growth, quality improvement, and patient outcomes. Oversee regulatory, licensing, and documentation requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Current license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience in a rehab setting
- Proven ability to drive team engagement, clinical outcomes, and operational performance
