Job Summary
As Director of Rehabilitation, organize, develop, manage, and direct the Rehabilitation Service Department in accordance with current standards to return residents to optimal physical function and support therapy goals. Requires a valid state license as a therapist or therapist assistant and a minimum of two years of therapy experience in healthcare settings (preferably long-term care). Oversee operations, ensure compliance with health and infection-control policies, and lead a team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing facility. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current license as a therapist or therapist assistant granted from the state of employment
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a therapy role in a hospital, rehabilitation community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long term care
