Director of Rehabilitation

Lead and oversee daily rehabilitation operations, supervising and mentoring physical, occupational, and speech therapy team members. Coordinate therapy services to meet resident needs while monitoring clinical outcomes, documentation, and quality standards. Collaborate with nursing, medical, social services, and facility leadership on care planning and interdisciplinary meetings. Assist with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Review documentation to support timely completion of clinical records and identify opportunities to improve department performance. Serve as a positive clinical leader and advocate for residents and their families within this collaborative environment.
