Job Summary
Oversee the overall administration, clinical planning, development, marketing, and operations of the rehab program, ensuring patient care meets industry standards and compliance with legal, regulatory, and reimbursement guidelines. Direct staff in service provision, manage patient scheduling based on treatment hours and resources, and maintain sufficient staffing by responding to operational changes. Participate in team meetings to formulate treatment plans, discuss progress, and attend family conferences. Review therapist documentation for clarity and consistency with payor expectations, generate operational and productivity reports, and contribute to annual budget development. Supervise daily clinical activities, monitor staff efficiencies, and coordinate program development with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Medical Director to introduce new services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an OT, PT, or SLP
- Bachelor's or master's, as required for initial professional preparation, in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech/Language Pathology
- Two (2) to four (4) years of clinical experience required
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) to two (2) years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines preferred
